Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B Lead Gen)

As a Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B Lead Gen) your responsibility is to generate qualified leads by managing the digital campaigns for LitmusWorld solutions. This will be executed across multiple channels through a targeted approach of delivering key messaging for our customer and employee experience solutions. Managing lead generation campaigns and setting up appointments for the sales team are key drivers of your role. You’re the first step in the prospecting process, and sales teams rely on your abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers. Your primary tool will be the CRM along with other campaign automation tools to generate sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation – Generating qualified leads across mid and large enterprise segments by leveraging online and offline channels
  • Email marketing – Manage email communication and drive the communication flowchart to achieve campaign objectives
  • Database management – Identifying key prospects across our target audience and manage data churn
  • Social media campaigns – Create organic and sponsored social campaigns for promoting webinars, whitepapers, case studies and blogs
  • Google Search and Display – Drive PPC and SEM campaigns for LitmusWorld solutions
  • Account based marketing – Ensure audience engagement across key account segments with relevant content for existing leads through a designed process to generate more revenue.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

·         Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Account Based Marketing tools

·         Understanding of the Enterprise SaaS domain or minimum 2 years experience in B2B lead generation

·         Ability to learn and articulate solution selling value points

·         Strong presentation and communication

·         Ability to continuously prioritize and stay nimble in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

·         Proficient with Excel to manage large volume of data

·         Strong territory management skills with understanding of business systems and requirement analysis

·         Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, think through problems to come up with innovative solution
