Client Partner/Sr. Client Partner

We are looking to hire a Client Partner to direct the organization through its next phase of rapid growth and development.


  • Accountable for revenue, collections and client happiness for allocated accounts
  • Solution selling to CXO level enterprise stakeholders to acquire new accounts
  • Grow existing accounts by identifying and closing new/additional sources of revenue
  • Lead complex negotiation and commercial processes with clients
  • Reports to the regional director

Education & Experience

  • Frontline Enterprise sales experience of 3 to 7 years in India Market
  • MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 Institutes preferred
  • Go-getter with a proven record of quota achievement

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

  • Client Presence and ability to control discussions
  • Ability to formulate a strategy for client acquisition and growth
  • Ability to work hard with high level of responsiveness
  • Good Networking Skills – ability to build deep relationships with clients
  • Disciplined adherence to a sales process
  • Ability to navigate and manage stakeholders in large clients
  • Strong Closure Orientation
  • Quick learner with strong ability to understand new Product and Client environment
  • Strong conceptual business skills
