The startup ecosystem across the world is on an exponential rise in leveraging new technologies to solve complex problems and digitally transform large economies. From Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Machine learning (ML) and Data Analytics amongst other forms are changing the technology landscape globally. With over 1,200 tech ventures added to the startup ecosystem and over $4.2 billion funding so far, India is emerging as a winner for worldwide technology partners and investors.

Staying ahead of the curve on this front is an Indian startup, LitmusWorld, now working with 125+ global brands to drive the customer-centricity agenda. They’ve been the preferred technology provider for Customer Experience (CX) by large conglomerates and leading industry associations in India. The startup was listed amongst the ‘Top 4 Disrupting Tech Startups’ at the City Battle Round of CREATE@, Alibaba Group’s largest startup competition in Taiyuan, China last month.

This entitled them to be one of the representing Indian startups at the Global Finals in Hangzhou, Alibaba Group’s Headquarter city. Khushaal Talreja, Head of Marketing at LitmusWorld was leading the presentation held at the Hangzhou Technology stadium attended by over 1000 delegates from the startup, investor, government and the media community. Popularly known as the ‘Olympic Games’ of the startup community, leading technology startups from over 53 countries participated in this global immersion of disruptive ideas. The dramatic impact of technology on enterprise agility, inclusive development and customer-centricity were some of the themes covered during the week-long immersion in China last week.

“Companies are extensively looking to accelerate their digital transformation agenda in a customer-centric environment. At LitmusWorld, we are globally committed to be essential enablers of this journey” – Sandip Sen, CEO, LitmusWorld.

Its positive news for the Indian startup ecosystem to have leading homegrown technologies that are steering the future of technology and representing the country at such global platforms.
